Returns

Aquarium Graphix backgrounds are made to order with your choice of imagery and cut to the specific size stated during the ordering process. Due the custom nature of each background, we are unable to offer returns.

If you have received a damaged shipment that is clearly damaged on the delivery photo, or you have received an item with a blemish, please file a ticket for an exchange/replacement.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges of product for different products. If you have received a damaged product, please file a return/replacement for the exact item purchased.
