Aquarium Graphix backgrounds are made to order with your choice of imagery and cut to the specific size stated during the ordering process. Due the custom nature of each background, we are unable to offer returns.

If you have received a damaged shipment that is clearly damaged on the delivery photo, or you have received an item with a blemish, please file a ticket for an exchange/replacement.

Exchanges

If you have received a damaged shipment or received the wrong item, we will gladly exchange/replace the same item (same image & size). To start the exchange process, please file a ticket. Our customer support representatives will be in contact via email regarding your claim. Please be prepared to supply images of damage, quality or items errors.
